Guide Beatriz was excellent, made the group feel comfortable and dealt well with some of the group "running" late to the meeting point. She added a great deal of value to the Tour which more than justified the price of the excursion, lots of interesting facts as we went through the different areas of the monastery. Ability to skip the line was great, it wasn't a big queue when we arrived but it was towards the end of "high" season. Insights continued as we went around the church which unfortunately had sections closed due to restoration work. Overall excellent service

We were so lucky to have Anna be our guide! She had such wealth of knowledge and was able to share her passion and enthusiasm for the history of the temple, its architecture, the city and what life must have been like in those days. Learning about the little details and understaning the purpose and history of the events that shaped the monastery was such a treat- so worth it! Absolutely recommend it!

The guide was great—she gave a clear explanation with lots of interesting stories. She gave us time to explore the monastery and the church and take photos. Then we toured the bakery, sampled some Pastel de Nata, and finished with a walk through the Belém neighborhood.... Thank you for this wonderful experience, and congratulations to the guide....

A wonderful tour of the Jerónimos Monastery with Dee, our guide. The tour was rich in history—both of the site and of Portugal—and full of interesting anecdotes. The two hours flew by, and Dee even treated us to a pasteis de Belém and a tour of that famous bakery. I highly recommend it.

Hello. It was a lovely experience with Simone. The monastery itself is worth seeing, but the experience becomes richer when we are accompanied by a well-prepared person who tells us the history of the place. I also appreciate Simone's punctuality and interest in making our visit more pleasant.
