Experience the best of Lisbon

We visited as a family of three, including our 5-year-old daughter, and the Oceanário de Lisboa completely exceeded our expectations. The guided tour made all the difference — our guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and had a real knack for explaining the marine life in a way that kept our little one fascinated the entire time. She was especially captivated by the otters and the massive central tank full of sharks, rays, and schools of fish swimming together. The layout is thoughtfully designed, moving through different ocean ecosystems, and it never felt rushed or overwhelming for a young child. Between the interactive elements and the sheer scale of the aquarium, there was something to hold everyone’s attention, adults included. It was absolutely worth the visit, and we’d happily recommend the guided tour to any family visiting Lisbon with kids.

We had a great time. We went on Wednesday, August 5, and our guide was Iván, a guy from Andalusia—really nice and very attentive, always looking out for the group. We laughed a lot with him, and he told us some really interesting stories the whole way. Honestly, we really enjoyed it. Say hi to the guy from “the Bilbao group.”

The place is charming, with mysterious paths and brimming with symbolism, art, history, architecture, and encounters. Its gardens exude a sense of tranquility. The tour takes about 1 or 2 hours if you’re a detail-oriented explorer (like me, haha)—maybe a little longer. The estate: It’s a must-see.

I want to thank you for this incredible tour of Estádio da Luz. It was a truly extraordinary experience! The stadium is absolutely magnificent, very well maintained, and impressive in every detail. A special thanks to the entire team, who were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. They explained everything with great dedication, patience, and enthusiasm, making the visit even more interesting and memorable. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Lisbon. We really enjoyed/loved this trip! The place itself was incredible. Even if it was 36 degrees you could stay in the shadow and enjoy this place! We arrived way too early, and there's no café/vending machine while waiting (but a toilet!). (There's a café/place where you can eat while you are inside) there are also cafés if you choose to go down again to the nearest place. As it says in the email, download your audio guide Before coming to Quinta! 🙃 (otherwise you can stil buy an audioguide at the entrance for 5 € per device. A Must see place I have to say! But book tickets in advance, they were totally sold out on the day we were there! We will sure be back here sometime ! The Headout app worked great! (Download the tickets so you can access them without internet but there's a wifi at the entrance at least, people got helped at least)

An interesting museum with a large collection of vintage carriages dating back to the early 20th century. The spacious exhibition halls help prevent overcrowding. We recommend purchasing tickets online.

First of all, I really appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of our guide, Mr. Luis. My wife and I learned a great deal about the history of Portugal in general and the history of São Jorge Castle. We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank him very much for his explanations about the history of Alfama.
