The collection is exceptional and the display very well organized. The building itself is beautiful. The huge display at the end -of the royal barges etc - was extraordinary.

The museum is impressive. It is super easy to get your physical ticket once you arrive with the digital voucher directly from the app. I have no complaints about Headout's services. My critiques would be for the museum. I feel it lacks signage, guiding staff, or the option to pay an extra € for an official museum guide to orient you. And very few people speak English or Spanish. It was hard to understand the people who tried to guide us. It is an excellent museum. It could be much better if they invested in the tourist experience.

It was a great deal and lovely experience. The cloister was amazing. Instructions were clear. We went for 1:30 time slot on Friday and only had to wait in line 15 minutes. It was not crowded. Maybe everyone was following the travel advice to come after 3 to avoid the crowds. It was very light at 1:30.

I wanted to see the museum because BTS filmed their "swim" video there, that was the reason. But when I went inside, my jaw dropped. The museum is beautiful and really well-maintained. An absolute must-visit when you go to Lisbon!

The Maritime Museum in Lisbon was more than a hall of artifacts; it was a portal. I was lured here not by caravels, but by the echoing visuals from BTS’s music video . Standing before the grand compass and intricate astrolabes, I felt a surreal connection—a tangible link to the very symbols of exploration and fate that dance in their music videos. It wasn’t just history; it was the realization of a powerful metaphor. Each model ship felt like a vessel on a destined journey, making our visit an unexpectedly profound, and deeply memorable, pilgrimage.
