I really loved the tour of Benfica’s stadium! Whether you’re a soccer fan or just curious, it’s an experience you shouldn’t miss. The guides were excellent—welcoming, cheerful, helpful, and, above all, very engaging in their explanations. You can tell they love their club, and they convey that passion throughout the tour. The stadium is impressive, and the museum is very well designed, with numerous trophies, historical artifacts, and interactive exhibits that make the visit even more enjoyable. Everything is well organized, and you lose track of time. I’m leaving with wonderful memories, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lisbon. Thanks to the whole team for such a great time!

The tour of Benfica’s stadium and museum was spectacular. It’s a must-do if you’re visiting Lisbon and love soccer. We loved it. At the end, they made us wait, telling us they had a little something special for us, and we followed a girl to the official Benfica store. They gave us a magnet from the stadium for our fridge and a 10% discount on items in the store. I wanted to take advantage of it because my kids had come hoping to buy the official Benfica jersey, but when we walked into the store, the racks only had replica jerseys (which is totally absurd for an official store). I asked an employee about the authentic jerseys, and they were stored away (out of sight), and she told me that the discount didn’t apply to the authentic ones, and that if I wanted the authentic ones, I’d have to pay for them at some machines outside the store (like the ones at burger joints). Inside the store, they only charged you for the replicas. The authentic jerseys there were priced at 90 euros (180 euros for two), and I protested that they weren’t applying the discount they’d offered me. At that point, the saleswoman told me that at the official store in the Colombo shopping center (which was 400 meters away), they would apply the discount because they didn’t carry replicas there. So we went to the store in the Colombo shopping center, and sure enough, they applied the 10% discount there, but SURPRISE—the shirts were priced at 100 euros each, and after applying the discount, they came to 90 euros each (the exact same final price as at the other store). BOTTOM LINE: Don’t get too excited about the 10% discount, because it’s a lie—it only applies to replicas, which, by the way, are more expensive than on Chinese websites. Totally absurd—it’s a shame they’d ruin such a nice experience with a lie like that.

It's a really beautiful stadium; my son was thrilled. We took our time—it was a pleasant visit. We had booked our tickets in advance on the GetYourIdle website, but we still had to wait in line, which was a shame. Others were able to go right in because they had booked their tickets on the Benfica website. Don't pay the extra fee to visit the museum—it's really just the gift shop. So if you want to buy something, go ahead; otherwise, there's no point. It was also a bit of a shame that the stadium was undergoing maintenance (summer break), but it was still fun.

The tour was, frankly speaking, worth it. Despite some organizational problems at the entrance ( it was possible to let in only circa 25 people at one time), the whole visit was very informative and went beyond our expectations. The pictures are taken at the very beginning, you can see them at the end and buy a set for 40 euros only if you want. The tour inludes a VR experience, you are welcome to get to players' room, answer a few questions and see a magnificent panoramic view of the stadium.
