We arrived considerably late for our entry time due to traffic issues caused by an Ironman race event nearby, but we were greeted by a very helpful and understanding representative who assured us there was no problem and took away the stress we were feeling. She was very kind! The tower was beautiful and maintained very well. The flow of guests up to each level of the tower was well controlled to avoid crowding. This was very much appreciated by one member of our group who is afraid of heights and small spaces so the management of people in the narrow winding spiral staircases made the visit enjoyable. The views from the tower are fabulous.

We'd been told there were no tickets for the Torre de Belém for days, but Headout had tickets. Last time we visited, 12 years ago, there was unlimited entry, and the whole place was packed and chaotic. Now, with timed entry, it's a much more pleasant experience, and attendants with radios ensure there is only one-way traffic on the very narrow spiral staircases. A lovely monument, well worth a visit.

The Jeronome Monastery and Belem tower were exquisite! I would highly recommend visiting while in Lisboa. There are various online written guides that are helpful, as there are no audio guides provided with the combo. Getting between the 2 is a good 30 minute walk, but you could take the local tram 15E but you still have to walk across a bridge as the train tracks dont allow for crossing the road.

We loved visiting Belém! The Jerónimos Monastery is simply impressive; the architecture and rich details are enchanting. The Belém Tower is lovely and well worth a visit. The waterfront is beautiful, so set aside a little time to stroll and enjoy the view. And of course, a stop to try the famous Pastel de Belém was a must. Unmissable. Simply the best!!!

Everything. The monastery is exceptional, grandiose! The cloister is magnificent too, never seen such a cloister with an upper level! The Belém Tower is truly a gateway to the Atlantic; I could just picture the great navigators setting sail from there!

It wasn't anything special. What is special is the place itself, and being able to get them in advance was very practical. Not so great that they can't be canceled, and I also couldn't figure out how to download the audio guide, but that was the least of it. Thank you.

Both monuments are very beautiful. Overall, the tower is quite small: besides the view — which is absolutely flawless anyway — it doesn't offer much else. The Monastery is also essentially small, but charming. Both monuments are nevertheless very well-maintained: clean and restored. A positive experience.

Visiting Belém was a wonderful experience. The entry process was well organised, the signage was clear, and the explanations provided valuable insights into the historical significance of Belém.

Both monuments are very close to each other, so you can walk between them and take in the city. There is also a tram stop that takes you right to Commerce Square.

Very nice on the outside, but nothing special inside. Every room is empty, and you can't even go up to the roof. If you don't have much time, it's enough to just view it from the outside.
