We enjoyed the different tours that were offered and the comfortable buses. We did not enjoy the night tour which was identical to the red tour we took earlier that day. This omitted some of the most iconic stops to see at night. That was disappointing. Our next was stop Cadiz. I use the 10% discount for the hop on hop off but there but it would not take it. Hopefully our stop in Barcelona will be different.

Being able to get on and off at different strategic stops is the best part, although there was only one bus for the night tour, and people had to stand because more tickets had been sold than there were seats available.

After purchasing the ticket online, you need to pick up the paper ticket by going to M. De Pombal Square. The square is large, but we immediately found the spot where the red buses are parked, and a friendly hostess printed our ticket with the QR code. In just one day, we first took the red route and then the blue one. We appreciated being able to get a bird’s-eye view of a city like Lisbon, which is large and spread out across the hills.

We loved this experience on the Cityrama Hop-On Hop-Off bus in Lisbon! The three routes (blue, red, and purple) let you explore the city from different angles and see many must-see sights. The only slight downside was the red route, which seemed to drive a bit faster than the others. As a result, we weren’t able to fully enjoy some of the scenery or take as many photos as we would have liked. Despite that, this activity remains a wonderful memory of our trip. It’s an excellent way to explore Lisbon, especially on a first visit. We highly recommend it!

Due to the extreme temperature we only undertook the Green Line tour but it was well worth it. As an elderly couple we would never have been able to scale the heights of the Old Town and Moorish Quarter. The driver was incredible navigating the narrow, convoluted streets with aplomb!

We really loved our tour. The only thing that bothered us were the crackling noises coming from the earphones on the first bus. The QR code on the map was supposed to link to "Real-Time Bus Tracking," but unfortunately, it just takes you to the App Store. We highly recommend the Belém Line.

Explore the historic sites and learn a little about their history through the prerecorded audio guide. It would be nice if there were express routes.

I'm only giving 3 stars because the purple route (Uptown) isn't very interesting and the route is long, especially due to passing through certain places twice, which really slows down the pace. The green route, Green Streets, is much more interesting; the neighborhoods of the old town have much more charm. Apart from that, on the technical side, the quality of the audio guide equipment is poor, and what is also annoying is the repetition of the same commentary when you do multiple routes.
