The line was not too long and since we were a party of 5 with a baby, we were let in skipping the lines. The staff was really kind and helpful. The monastery itself was very impressive, especially the inner yard and the gothic vibe I wish more of the monastery was accessible to the visitors, it seemed a little too small

A highly interactive experience and an incredibly immersive tour. The staff is very attentive and is there to help you get the most out of your visit. The stadium is magnificent, and the museum takes you back in time. It will be a wonderful memory.

The castle and monastery were a great choice. With the combo tickets, we had to wait a bit at the monastery because there was a line, but on the plus side, we didn't have to wait at the ticket office.

It was very easy to purchase tickets for our visit to the Hieronymites Monastery, and I received the tickets quickly. The whole process was completed on the same day.

Tickets were hassle free, it helped us stay organized on day one of our trip. Both monuments were awe inspiring and we enjoyed the historical and cultural experiences!!

No complaints—I visited the stadium; the museum goes on and on. They explain things in Portuguese and English, and I speak French, but I still understood.

Entry to the monastery was hassle-free; you can enter within an hour of your scheduled time. It’s not a skip-the-line ticket, but the wait was minimal—about 15 minutes—despite the large crowds (visit took place in August). Admission to the church is free, but you have to wait in another line once you exit the monastery (this one was quick as well).

Enjoyed the tour, the member of staff was very knowledgeable and we was given plenty of time to look around and take pictures, was unfortunate Benfica had a game the next day so we were unable to look around the home changing room and I think the entry system could be easier, we had to queue in the heat for a long time even though we had pre booked tickets.

The architecture of the Monastery is amazing. The waiting line under the summer sun can be long to endure, and the visit inside won't be a long one, because it's actually a small place, but it's absolutely worth the visit, it feels magical. Don't forget to get some pasteis de Belem to eat not far from the Monastery.

We had a great time! We were made to feel very welcome, and the tour of the stadium and the museum was perfect—nothing to complain about. Next time, we’re going to try the zip line!!

The perfect activity for a soccer fan. An incredibly impressive stadium. The staff gave a very informative tour, and we got a cool little souvenir at the end.
