London for history geeks

The visit to Kensington palace was insightful and the walking through the palace exhibits was quite seamless. I enjoyed the information provided by the audio guides and was pleasantly surprised by the access to rooms like the King's apartments, would recommend.

An all-around successful visit to the Tower of London! The entire complex is impressive and offers an incredible amount of history in a relatively small space. We were particularly thrilled by the Crown Jewels and the White Tower. The atmosphere inside the historic walls is also something special – you can easily imagine the significance this place has had over the centuries. The organization was straightforward, and entry with the tickets went smoothly. We spent several hours in the Tower and could easily have stayed even longer. In our opinion, it's an absolute must-see for any trip to London and comes highly recommended!

The newer visitor center makes visiting Stonehedge easy and organized. The beautiful countryside that surrounds Stonehedge is awesome to view. The highways to Stonehedge are excellent and easy to traverse.

A very impressive place! Despite the many visitors, it was overall still quite quiet. The free audio guides provide a lot of information (if you want it) and invite you to pause and rest, which you can easily do thanks to the many seating options. I (over 60) found climbing the dome to be very doable. There are places to catch your breath every now and then 😉 and the view over the city is magnificent!

Great fan experience. Lounges, locker rooms, the dugout—you get to go everywhere! The audio guide is very well done. Come on Gooners!!

Magnificent Abbey with wonderful architecture. There are tons of monuments and tombs everywhere. The royal tombs are a must-see. 1000 years of history within four walls. The only downside is the interactive guide. It seems to be made more for children and doesn't tell you the important things.

I absolutely fell in love with Hamilton this year, first I heardbthe music on CD, ten I saw the movie on Disney - so when we (my wife Kate and me) got an opportunity to watch it live in London (courtesy of our family), it was dream come true. And it more then lived up to our expectations. London is wonderful, Victoria Pałace Theater is beautiful and the show itself was excellent: the British cast is super, beautiful voices and action, the energy is enormous, Music is powerful and precise. All in all - fantastic evening!

We enjoyed the commented cruise by one of the staff. It was comfortable way how to get to the Greenwich and we saw London from a different perspective.
