We went on the morning of August 7. The office where we picked up our tickets and waited for transportation is very accessible by both subway and bus; in our case, it was a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the staff were very kind in guiding us through the process and showing us where we could wait along with the other visitors. The trip was very pleasant; the driver and the tour guide were very friendly and helpful. The 4-hour time frame was more than enough to visit all areas of the studio at a leisurely pace and even stop to rest and grab a bite to eat without having to constantly check the clock for fear of missing the return shuttle. The return service is quite straightforward: you go back to the same spot where the driver dropped you off earlier and take the same bus back to the office. I highly recommend it, especially the first morning tour—it’s well worth the effort of getting up a little earlier. The service was very comfortable, and the studio tour itself was a dream come true.

The punctuality was especially impressive — everything started and finished as promised, which made the whole day feel relaxed and well planned. Faboulous tour! Scenic drive through across the English countryside! Pablo, the tour guide made the experience even more incredible.

The organization and customer service were excellent. They explained everything very clearly, and the schedule was followed exactly as outlined in the package. The only real “downside” was Stonehenge, because it wasn’t as impressive as I’d expected.

The schedule was followed. The trip was smooth. The place was exceptional. The only downside was that we took the bus near Victoria Station, but the final stop wasn’t there—it was in South Kensington, next to the Natural History Museum. So we had to pay for a subway ticket back to our starting point at Victoria Station

Perfectly organised tour. We had a great day in Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and Oxford. Our tour guide was Josh and he gave us many interesting informations about destination and places we visited but also about London and great places to visit after the tour. He also speaks perfectly spanish so he can guide english and spanish groups. I highly recommend this tour.👌 P.S. This tour is not for people who have a habit of being late because if you want to see all these destinations in one day, you need to respect the timetable.

It was a real treat—Oxford is a beautiful city, and the guide provided great information. As for Warner Bros. Studio, there’s not much more to say—it’s an incredible place and an experience worth repeating.
