Did you know?

The royal family’s former name used to be Saxe-Coburg-Gotha. In 1919, the royal family adopted the name Windsor, inspired by the castle.

More than 10 monarchs have been buried in Windsor Castle, including Charles I, Edward IV, Henry VIII, and Queen Elizabeth II.

During World War II, the royals hid at Windsor instead of Buckingham Palace. The young princesses, including the future Queen Elizabeth II, had to sleep in the dungeon.

Windsor Castle has the oldest working kitchen in the entire UK, dating back to the 1360s.

The castle is home to 'An Old Woman' by Rembrandt, 'Holy Family with Saint Francis' by Rubens, 'Charles I in Three Positions' by Van Dyck, and several paintings by Canaletto.

We booked entry tickets for LEGOLAND and the whole process was very smooth and easy. The app was especially helpful as it keeps all your bookings in one place and even works offline, which made things super convenient on the day. We also received a promo code which helped us save some money. Overall, a great booking experience.

We had the pass for five attractions in London. All our visits went smoothly, and we definitely saved a lot of time. However, I wish the app could be shared among multiple people in case something happens to one person’s phone, so everyone can stay on top of the schedule. Also, booking the attractions currently requires using a link in the email. It took me a while to figure that out.
