Boarding was easy and understandable, on the boat you could order food/drinks which would get delivered to your seat (whether on the top deck or inside), we saw the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, The Shard, The London Castle, The Tower Bridge, The London Bridge and many many more impressive buildings and monuments. We enjoyed our trip and the fact that we could return to our hop off station until 5.50pm! The crew on board was kind and they even had a little live commentary, so even though we didn't download the free audio guide, we still got a little extra informations about the buildings/monuments etc we drove past. It was an amazing day, and we got to take a lot of amazing pictures! Would absolutely recommend!!

We had a wonderful experience today taking an Uber Boat from Westminster to Tower Pier as part of my son’s first birthday celebration. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our day in London. The journey offered beautiful sightseeing views along the Thames, which made the trip both relaxing and memorable. Traveling by boat was smooth, convenient, and a refreshing change from typical city transport. It also worked perfectly as a comfortable commute back to our hotel. The staff were helpful, and everything felt well-organized. Overall, it was a great experience that added something special to our celebration, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London.

The cruise on the Thames was delightful! The ticket, which allowed us to choose our departure time and boarding pier, was very convenient for our first trip, when we weren’t sure how our schedule would work out. The conditions on the cruise ship were excellent, allowing us to enjoy the route from the London Eye to Greenwich, the scenery, and the tourist attractions presented in detail and in an engaging manner. We learned new things, laughed, appreciated, and applauded the presentation, which was peppered with humorous moments. And the warm weather with gentle sunshine added to the enjoyment of the trip as the Thames rocked us with its waves. We’ll be back with great pleasure!

We enjoyed the whole package, we opted for the day pass and took the cruise west then east then west again. First ride was hot and sunny and we were able to sit up top and enjoyed the scenery and commentary, next two cruises the rain was coming down in buckets so we took advantage of the inside seats, and enjoyed the scenery and commentary. Fabulous!

Tour guides along the Thames were fantastic and the ride was amazing as you saw parts of London you can't get to see at once. Greenwich had plenty of history and the walk to the observatory gave you great views of London. Kids had a great day out full of memories.
