like all of your useless system designed for only young, computer savvy people to understand I did not intentionally give you 5 stars; I intended to give you none. Because I hadn't managed to download a ticket when I paid you, Kensington Palace wouldn't accept my receipt of payment & I had to buy another ticket. Thanks, Headout, I won't be using you again. A remarkable place to visit. There are many beautiful paintings and artifacts related to royalty, and it takes us back in time. It feels just like the real thing! As for the view from the windows: unforgettable! Thanks also to the friendly and welcoming staff

Easy to book the combo tickets for the Kensington Palace and Frameless London. As someone who's an avid lover of history and art, this was a nice deal to take. It was a lovely day learning about the history of Kensington Palace with audio guide provided for you. Frameless London was a nice way to unwind and enjoy some of the well known arts...in digital and, with some, interactive ways. Lots of fun if you go with friends and/or family.

The visit lacked character and personality, it felt more like an art gallery than a palace. We have visited many national trust houses that show much more character and British culture.
