Headout was the best purchase option I found to buy tickets for the Jerónimos Monastery in Lisbon. Besides being one of the few options that didn't charge an extra fee, the online process is very intuitive, easy to access, and I was able to quickly resolve any additional questions I had. Once at the venue, we gained entry quickly at the scheduled date and time, and the experience was absolutely extraordinary.

Although the two queuing systems was confusing we made it into both church and cloisters and it was well worth the wait. What an amazing building. I had ordered audio guides as part of the online booking but these were not offered or even obvious to us where to ask for them. The cloisters were fabulous and I have since researched them myself but possibly not to the level of a proud national treasure.

A cloister of indescribable beauty, more like lace than masonry. PAY ATTENTION to the entrances. The queue to enter at your booked time forms much, much earlier and can be 100 meters or more, in full sun, so plan ahead. On the positive side, once your time slot arrives, it moves very quickly. A visit that is definitely worth the effort.

The line was not too long and since we were a party of 5 with a baby, we were let in skipping the lines. The staff was really kind and helpful. The monastery itself was very impressive, especially the inner yard and the gothic vibe I wish more of the monastery was accessible to the visitors, it seemed a little too small

The architecture is stunning. It didn't take as long to walk through as I had expected. There's no need to wait in line with your timed ticket. When its near your time just get in that line where the time is posted.

The castle and monastery were a great choice. With the combo tickets, we had to wait a bit at the monastery because there was a line, but on the plus side, we didn't have to wait at the ticket office.

Entry to the monastery was hassle-free; you can enter within an hour of your scheduled time. It’s not a skip-the-line ticket, but the wait was minimal—about 15 minutes—despite the large crowds (visit took place in August). Admission to the church is free, but you have to wait in another line once you exit the monastery (this one was quick as well).

The architecture of the Monastery is amazing. The waiting line under the summer sun can be long to endure, and the visit inside won't be a long one, because it's actually a small place, but it's absolutely worth the visit, it feels magical. Don't forget to get some pasteis de Belem to eat not far from the Monastery.
