FamilyVerified bookingAug 20265/5Review of Castelo de São Jorge Castelo de São Jorge in Lisbon is definitely worth a visit. The castle is perched atop a hill and offers a stunning view of the city, the Tagus River, and the surrounding neighborhoods. The ancient walls and towers give you a good sense of Lisbon’s history. It’s fun to walk around and explore different parts of the castle. I found the view from the castle walls particularly impressive. It can get crowded, and the admission fee isn’t cheap. Still, I think it’s a beautiful attraction that you should definitely include in your visit to Lisbon. I give the castle 4 out of 5 stars.FFrancesca D
FamilyVerified bookingAug 20265/5Entry to the monastery was hassle-free; you can enter within an hour of your scheduled time. It’s not a skip-the-line ticket, but the wait was minimal—about 15 minutes—despite the large crowds (visit took place in August). Admission to the church is free, but you have to wait in another line once you exit the monastery (this one was quick as well).DDaniel P
FamilyVerified bookingAug 20265/5The architecture of the Monastery is amazing. The waiting line under the summer sun can be long to endure, and the visit inside won't be a long one, because it's actually a small place, but it's absolutely worth the visit, it feels magical. Don't forget to get some pasteis de Belem to eat not far from the Monastery.CCiprian G
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5San Jorge offers beautiful scenery and a sweeping view of all of Lisbon. Lisbon Cathedral is just like any other cathedral. Personally, it didn't really impress me that much.DDianne S
