From the very start of our experience at Frameless London, it was wonderful. The venue is beautiful, spacious, and calming. We had lunch in the cafe first, the staff were lovely, helpful and courteous and the food was delicious. Ample comfy seating too. The galleries were awesome, imersive, beautiful and mindblowing. Each room had plenty of space to appreciate the experiences, and the accompanying music was just wonderful. We never felt rushed or crowded at all. I would highly reccomend this experience to anyone. 10/10.

The experience was really good but by the time we were allowed to check in our bags and enter the lounge then had to go for our flight ment we had one and a half hours so l thought £82 was a bit expensive for the two of us we just had a cup of tea and small amount of food each would l do it again l don't know probably not unless we could sit in comfort for the three hours

We really enjoyed the Heathrow Express service. We opted for the Express + service and had the whole end of the coach to ourselves. We liked that there was substanital room for our luggage. Using the on-line app to display our tickets after purchasing them online was a snap. The ride was comfortable, quiet, clean, and fast - everything one would want to get back to the airport.

The train ran exactly on schedule, there was Wi-Fi and power outlets on board, and I had no trouble stowing my luggage.
