Really easy to reserve and cancel, if needed. Checking in was a breeze and I was given a reserved spot, which means a comfy chair with an outlet and small table, endless amounts of food and drinks. Was able to work and nap, which is not usually the case at Heathrow.

We liked the fact that there was a reserved area for pre bookers. Staff kept the areas clear of used dishes. I would have liked muesli but that's just me. Lemon drizzle was delicious! Chairs comfortable and plenty of charging points.

Used the lounge during a long layover - best decision I made that day. The pasta station was a highlight. Felt like I was in a restaurant, not an airport.
