Check out the stunning murals by renowned artist Jose Maria Sert in the lobby of Rockefeller Plaza. The center is home to a number of well-known works of art including murals inside the buildings and the famous bronze Atlas sculpture located across from St. Patrick’s Cathedral.

The Rockefeller Center buildings were designed by Raymond Hood and are a prime example of Art Deco architecture. Take some time to admire the architectural details of these historic buildings.

Children under the age of 6 years must be accompanied by an adult at the rink, and children under the age of 13 years must be supervised by an adult who is not skating.

You can ask for Penguin skate aids that are available at the Rink for a fee if you need an object to lean on to learn how to skate.

Super fast service, and the staff was totally friendly and helpful. We were lost and asked someone on the street for directions; to our surprise, she was an employee there! She took her time and led us straight to the doors, and she wasn't even working—she did it in her free time. Even though it was cloudy, the view was a very lovely experience, and the interactive light section before reaching the platform is incredibly beautiful and fun. I recommend it 100 out of 100.

The Summit is beautiful and well worth it. Top of the Rocks, on the other hand, is not—I definitely wouldn't recommend it! Plus, it was raining, and at Top of the Rocks they made us leave right away without giving us a refund: money down the drain.
