Super fast service, and the staff was totally friendly and helpful. We were lost and asked someone on the street for directions; to our surprise, she was an employee there! She took her time and led us straight to the doors, and she wasn't even working—she did it in her free time. Even though it was cloudy, the view was a very lovely experience, and the interactive light section before reaching the platform is incredibly beautiful and fun. I recommend it 100 out of 100.

Absolutely breathtaking!! So beautiful and definitely worth it! You get to go up the Hudson River and see the Brookland Bridge and all of Manhattan. Get to see the Statue of Liberty up close and get amazing views.

Buying through the website was very convenient, but picking up the ticket at the Natural History Museum was not. We had to get in the same line as people buying tickets. We didn't think it was worth it. Unlike MoMA, where there was already a QR code. Both museums are incredible. I recommend visiting them.

The experience has been good since I bought the tickets online. They always answered my questions prior to the tour. Today was the first day and it was good despite the rain. Tomorrow we will do the second day... hopefully it won't rain anymore.

A 5 year old's smile! Memories! Views! The silver balls were something else, floating overhead, under foot. Trying to keep her still for pictures. Impossible
