Super fast service, and the staff was totally friendly and helpful. We were lost and asked someone on the street for directions; to our surprise, she was an employee there! She took her time and led us straight to the doors, and she wasn't even working—she did it in her free time. Even though it was cloudy, the view was a very lovely experience, and the interactive light section before reaching the platform is incredibly beautiful and fun. I recommend it 100 out of 100.

It was my birthday and the Summitt exceeded my expectations! Love it. The silver balls wowed me! We are looking forward to return next year.

The experience has been good since I bought the tickets online. They always answered my questions prior to the tour. Today was the first day and it was good despite the rain. Tomorrow we will do the second day... hopefully it won't rain anymore.

The visit to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island was great. Booking through Headout was very easy, the instructions were clear, and the entire ferry ride was flawless. A thoroughly recommended experience!

A 5 year old's smile! Memories! Views! The silver balls were something else, floating overhead, under foot. Trying to keep her still for pictures. Impossible

A great experience, there are really beautiful views of New York, and it's also a lot of fun. Highly recommended. For me, it's number one among the observation decks.
