It was a really great experience—especially the flexible hours, which let us go whenever we wanted. It's top-notch and highly recommended for saving money on things to do in NYC.

When we arrived at the scheduled time, we were told that visibility was poor due to low clouds, and I was offered the option to reschedule the visit. The observation deck is lower than the newer ones in New York, such as The Edge or Summit, but the views of the Empire State Building and Central Park are unbeatable. They offer the option of riding a rotating outdoor elevator, as well as taking photos on a beam that recreates the iconic image of the workers who built the building.

Booking with Headout was easy and straightforward. I was able to go to MoMA and see works of arts from very well known artists. I was really excited and surprised to see "The Starry Night" by Vincent Van Gogh. I was so excited to see it in person. Additionally, I was amazed to see paintings from Monet, Matisse, Pollock, Frida Kahlo, David Rivera, Picasso, Dali, Warhol, Cezanne and manyyyyy more. I would highly recommend.

Good experience, great 360 views of the city without obstacles, glass or fence. Disappointing 90+ minutes wait for descent

The access is difficult, but the views are magnificent. A feast for the eyes, especially at sunset.
