The line was long for a Fast-Track line, but luckily it didn't take too long to get into the building. Great experience overall.

Fast-track entry worked very well. We got in within 15 minutes. The audio guide was very well done. Precise directions on exactly where to go, combined with a great audio story. It was crafted like a little story, had a clear common thread, and featured good content. Only the access route to the Catacombs was incorrect.

We had booked a combo of the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica, but after the extensive tour of the museum and visiting the Sistine Chapel, we had no energy left for the basilica. I would definitely book that separately another time. So many impressions, so much seen and heard! We had a very enthusiastic, wonderful guide named Francesca who shared lively stories and answered all our questions. The only unfortunate thing was the huge crowd of tourists, which meant there was no chance to take everything in peacefully in the Sistine Chapel; guards were ordering people to keep moving.

Flawless organization, very well-managed lines, and crystal-clear directions. I booked online from Turin for six adults; we visited the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill with ease and were very satisfied. Thank you, we will definitely use your services again for future visits.

Wonderful experience! Good arrangement with the meeting point and further on to the entrance. The self guided audio had more than enough information. You definitely get a totally different experience than from the outside of the Colluseum.

My girlfriend and I celebrated our one-year anniversary in Castel Gandolfo, and visiting the Papal Palace was truly special, something unique. The view from the gardens is one of the most beautiful sights we've ever seen.

Tuesday, August 4. We booked and purchased two tickets for the Papal Palace and the Secret Garden at Castel Gandolfo. When we arrived, we were surprised to find everything closed because the Holy Father had decided to stay an extra day at Castel Gandolfo. Officially, the website listed it as open and available for visits. The gendarmerie advised us to call the Vatican Museums’ customer service. They stated that the matter was outside their jurisdiction since the tickets had been purchased in advance by credit card through Headout. Unfortunately, your website does not list any phone number for information or assistance. After I sent three emails requesting a refund, and received three replies (all in English...) apologizing for the inconvenience and stating that they were looking into the reason for the closure, the full refund was credited to my card on the 16th. Aside from the fact that I was unable to visit the Papal Palace and the Secret Garden at Castel Gandolfo (perhaps for my next vacation in Rome)—which was not Headout’s fault—everything was handled very correctly and professionally. ...
