We really enjoyed exploring both places without having to wait in line. Unfortunately, there was no German audio guide. The creative descriptions given by the guides holding the tickets made it an exciting scavenger hunt. They don’t always have the color of the flag you’re looking for...

I loved it. The staff at the agency were really helpful in showing me around, and they gave me instructions in Spanish. Just be prepared to do a lot of walking because the tour is quite long.

Everything worked perfectly. The German audio guide was clear, precise, and easy to understand. The location tracking also works flawlessly. There’s nothing to complain about.

I loved learning about all the history behind what the colosseum had been used for in the past! I also loved how I could pause the recordings and play them back.

Castel Sant'Angelo and St. Peter's Basilica are both unique experiences, and you should definitely take the time to explore both thoroughly. Thanks to the online tickets, entry to Castel Sant'Angelo was quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, for St. Peter’s Basilica there is only a ticket voucher, which can only be redeemed on the booked day. The redemption location listed in the confirmation email is a busy square, about 350 meters from the Vatican entrance. With a bit of luck, you’ll find a handful of students (?) there wearing uniforms with rather generic tourist information. Only two of them have a smartphone to check the voucher, and there’s certainly no orderly processing of the waiting crowd. As a result, it took about 15 minutes before I had the printed tickets in my hands, even though there were only three tourists with reservations on site. How much of a wait can you expect when there’s significantly more of a crowd? Once we had the tickets, however, everything went smoothly again at the entrance; you should think carefully, though, about whether you really need the elevator for the first section up to the dome. The elevator operator takes only 10 people per trip, and naturally fewer if there are strollers and/or wheelchair users. Consequently, it can take quite a while before it’s your turn. If you’re in good shape, you’ll definitely get to the top faster on foot. Overall, though, it’s still impressive to see all the art and history on display inside St. Peter’s Basilica.

Hello, the sites we visited were beautiful—the only downside (which is a shame, since that’s exactly why we used this service) was that the audio guide wasn’t working. Actually, there was no issue with the app, but when we listened to the selected area, we heard different explanations—and this happened on both of our phones. Too bad 🥺 I didn’t call support because I didn’t really have time to do that while we were there. We had downloaded the audio guides and apps onto our phones well in advance

Cons: The person handing out tickets wasn't wearing any identifying badge; I had to call the number listed on the reservation to be told that the person was holding a green flag. Also, we had the audio guide option, but there was no mention of it on the app as there should have been. Otherwise, everything went smoothly; we were able to skip the line as agreed.

It should be explained a bit more in detail. This is a self guide tour. No one is coming to get you (as the meeting point provided no one come). I had to call them and told me we send the tickets via email the day before only. And went to spam. At the end it worked but was a bit confusing

Your ticket also includes Palatine Hill, the legendary birthplace of Rome, and the Roman Forum, where temples, arches, and political ruins tell stories of a bygone empire – all offering a fascinating walk through history.

    Pantheon

The Pantheon, once a temple for all gods, now stands as a masterpiece of ancient engineering and Renaissance influence. Just a little off stop #5 on the Red route, you’ll find the Pantheon, standing tall with an enormous dome with an opening at its peak known as the oculus, that covers the marble work of this Roman temple-turned-Catholic church in natural light. Inside, find sunken panels, royal tombs, and Raphael’s resting place, all steeped in centuries of history.

    Castel Sant’Angelo

Take the Red route on the bus tour and hop off at stop #6 to visit Castel Sant’Angelo. Built as Emperor Hadrian’s tomb, the landmark later became a fortress, papal hideout, and now a museum. Wander its five floors, from eerie prison cells to opulent papal rooms, and explore its vast collection of ancient weaponry. End your visit on the rooftop terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of Rome.
