Honestly I picked a good time when it was not too crowded and the organisers were extremely helpful too. I was a little scared hearing everyone's stories but skip the line tickets are the best lol and everything was convenient.

Fantastic organisation from the team. Really useful information given before heading into the museums that I feel was beneficial to know.

Overall, it was a very good choice, especially when I saw the lines for tickets to the Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Colosseum. There is room for improvement, particularly when it comes to booking tickets through the partner, Ticketstation. Even though the reservation states that it’s not a physical ticket and you need to find the location where you can claim it, this can cause confusion during the tour to the attractions.
The Big-Bus tour was really great and is recommended to be taken as soon as possible after arriving in Rome. It can also be useful in the following days, especially at the end of a day of sightseeing, on the way back to your accommodation.

Easy access once you have the tickets. But make sure you actually receive the PDF tickets. I finally received them after messaging customer service for two hours. You couldn’t activate the Roma Pass using the QR code they showed on the app.

It’s really convenient to be able to use all forms of public transportation so easily. And waiting in line isn’t a problem either. Even when the electronic system at a museum went down, we were still able to get in. Everyone else had to leave.
All in all, the pass was a great solution for us.

It was extremely difficult to get the ticket because there were apparently incorrect announcements about where to pick it up. A 40-minute walk, a missed time slot at the Colosseum—really a bummer. Why can’t you get the ticket online? Then I had to make several in-person visits to two offices; the staff were super friendly and super helpful. I would never book this ticket again—it’s too unclear what’s included, too expensive, and too old-fashioned.
