Une visite en famille exceptionnelle avec un guide transmettant sa passion, ses connaissances. Le guide a fait preuve de bienveillance et de disponibilité pour l'ensemble du groupe. La découverte du stade en passant des tribunes aux vestiaires avec en prime l'emblème de stade en réalité. C'était parfait, merci. Je conseille cette visite à tous.

La visite guidée permet de bien découvrir le stade de la Luz : des tribunes aux vestiaires jusqu'au terrain. L'attraction en réalisté virtuelle en fin de visite est amusante.Ne pas oublier le musée qui propose de découvrir l'histoire du club notamment l'attraction de l'ascenseur qui permet de vibrer avec les supporters du Benfica. Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the stadium or museum.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the premises.

Flash photography is prohibited at the stadium, and especially at the museum. You're only allowed to click pictures for personal use.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, drinking, and any form of drugs, is strictly prohibited within the stadium and museum.

Stepping on the pitch or the grass is not allowed during your tour of the museum.

Accessibility

The stadium has wheelchairs available for use at both the stadium & museum, subject to signing a liability waiver.

Elevators at the stadium ensure accessibility across all levels.

The museum has an elevator, ramps, and benches throughout, making it accessible for visitors with reduced mobility.

Additional information

You cannot visit the stadium on match days. Make sure to check the schedule before booking your tickets.

On European soccer match days, stadium visits are also not possible 2 days before and 1 day after the game.

Due to professional football or private events, schedules for visits to the stadium as well as the respective routes may be subject to last-minute changes.

All tickets include a complimentary souvenir scarf.

If you're a person with reduced mobility, you must always have a companion with you, and they can accompany you free of cost.
