The drivers did a great job navigating the heavy traffic and still managed to move along at a fairly brisk pace. This allowed us to see a lot of the city. The audio guide was also very good and engaging. As a result, we learned a lot about the city and its history in a relatively short amount of time.

Off to a great start with the big bus. There seemed to be plenty of buses doing the loop so we didn't have to wait long. Audio was good. The buses did get pretty full so had to wait and get the next bus but that wasn't a big deal. I loved the app map which showed where the buses were. There seemed to be a big bus rep at every stop which was helpful

I really liked it, especially the app that shows the location of all the buses in real time, which was great for planning our stops and the trip to the bus stops. Only a few buses didn’t have all the languages or Wi-Fi, but other than that, everything was great. When there were a lot of people waiting to board, the staff did a great job organizing the lines and managing the number of available seats. Well done. I highly recommend it.

We loved the tour!!! The format of walking around while listening to live commentary through headphones in different languages was great. We just couldn’t enjoy it as much as we would have liked for two reasons: on the day of the tour, Rome was very hot (30°C with a heat index of 35°C—the sun was really blazing), and our mobile devices didn’t have enough battery to take photos.
