Everything was great—our tour was moved up by an hour—the guide, Roberto, spoke German really well—better than some locals back home—he explained everything really well—the tour lasted a good 3 hours, and the team from Nicole Tours was also very professional; you just have to listen and follow the instructions, and then everything works out. I really can’t understand the bad reviews at all—we’d book everything through HeadOut again in a heartbeat.

Our tour guide Hildegard was really great! She purposefully made use of every bit of shade and drinking fountain, told many interesting stories, and made the over 3-hour tour (including waiting time and a short restroom break) extremely entertaining. Even our 7-year-old daughter hung on her every word and soaked up everything she said. Really great and highly recommended despite the 35-degree heat 😁
