We booked tickets that included a transfer from the British Museum. Unfortunately, it wasn’t made very clear that the pickup location was 7 minutes away from there. Luckily, we arrived on time. However, no one at the location could tell us where to go, and thankfully I reread the email and found the address written in very small print at the top. With kids, of course, this was a major source of stress. It was only explained via a link in an email, even though the subject line itself said “British Museum.” I’d communicate this differently next time. Since we had two tickets left over and I didn’t have a chance to resell them on the spot, it ended up being an expensive experience for us. The trip there went really smoothly, and the event itself was well worth it. The return transfer was clearly explained, and the pickup location and time were discussed several times.
