We visited as a family with our two children, who are huge Harry Potter fans, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we entered, the attention to detail was incredible. Walking through the Great Hall, Diagon Alley, Platform 9¾, and seeing the original props and costumes made us feel like we had stepped into the movies. Our kids were completely captivated throughout the visit, and there were plenty of interactive experiences to keep them engaged. As parents, we also enjoyed learning about the filmmaking process and the amount of craftsmanship that went into creating the films. The studios are well organized, clean, and easy to navigate. Although it was busy, everything was managed efficiently. We spent around five hours there without realizing how quickly the time had passed. If your children are Harry Potter fans, this is an unforgettable experience and a must-visit when in London. We would highly recommend it to families and would happily visit again.

The organization was very slow. First, the leader had to go get the tickets after we had already arrived, and we had to wait on the bus again. Then each ticket was handed out individually, which certainly took another 15 minutes. On the way back, the bus wasn’t there when we were supposed to leave because there was too much traffic. What needs to improve: -Tickets should already be on hand at the company and distributed on the bus so that we can head out immediately upon arrival -The bus should be there for the return trip, even if it has to wait there all day—that’s what I paid for; otherwise, I could have traveled on my own and saved a lot of money All in all, a very sluggish system when it comes to the bus and the tickets.

Our guide explained the studio tour with so much heart and passion that it definitely turned into an unforgettable experience. Choosing a small-group guided tour was the best decision we could have made. We learned so much background information. Afterward, we were able to stay in the studios a little longer, so we took an extra walk around to see everything we’d missed during the tour or wanted to see again. The bus transportation was great, because both the pickup and drop-off were at the hotel where we were staying. This was very convenient because we didn’t have to use public transportation. We were scheduled to meet at 10 a.m., which was a good time because we didn’t have to get up early. The four hours we were given to tour the studios were enough but a little tight—I’d add another hour. That’s the only thing, but otherwise, it was great.

Today was our daughter’s 16th birthday. So off to London and Harry Potter. Public transportation is really well organized. We took the bus to the meeting point. We used the subway for everything. It was a shame that the screens and charging stations on the bus weren’t working. But when we headed back, we arrived at the meeting point too late. There were no more buses to our destination. We ended up on a bus going to a different destination. That was fine—we saw some other fun things there. We had a really great time in London.
