The process was very smooth and easy to use at the gate. No issues at all! A lot more efficient too because you didnt have to wait in the tickets line at the entrance..

Review of Castelo de São Jorge Castelo de São Jorge in Lisbon is definitely worth a visit. The castle is perched atop a hill and offers a stunning view of the city, the Tagus River, and the surrounding neighborhoods. The ancient walls and towers give you a good sense of Lisbon’s history. It’s fun to walk around and explore different parts of the castle. I found the view from the castle walls particularly impressive. It can get crowded, and the admission fee isn’t cheap. Still, I think it’s a beautiful attraction that you should definitely include in your visit to Lisbon. I give the castle 4 out of 5 stars.

It's beautiful, and the audio guide explains everything clearly. Plus, the tram doesn't go too fast, so you can take your time looking around.

Overall, we really enjoyed the tour, but we do have a few comments about how things were organized. What we missed were the exact departure times at the bus stops, and there was no information about them on the city map either. We always had to figure out the times for ourselves at the various stops. It’s a shame that the lady on the headset never announced the numbers of the next stops. The boat tour was particularly poorly organized. The boat was supposed to depart at 2:00 p.m. Beforehand, I checked with the staff member at the counter to confirm that this was correct and to find out where the boat would be docking. He told me 2:00 p.m. at Gate B. But no boat arrived at 2:00 p.m. I went back to the ticket counter, where the employee said I must have misheard—the boat leaves at 3:30 p.m. There were two of us, and we definitely didn’t mishear! So we waited an hour and a half for the next boat. At 3:30 p.m., there wasn’t a Yellow Boat in sight. However, a Blue Cruises ship was docked at the pier, and there were only guests who had tickets for that ship. Then the employee from the Yellow Bus came over and told us we should take that ship. We felt pretty taken for a ride. First, no boat showed up, and then we ended up taking a completely different ship. Why wasn’t the employee honest from the start and just told us that no Yellow Boat was running? Because of this, we lost valuable time that day—we’d actually planned to ride the yellow tram line. Because of all this back-and-forth, we didn’t get to do that, and since it was our last day, we couldn’t make it up later either. Such a shame! I hope things go better for other guests in the future!

I enjoyed the tour; the car was comfortable, I got to see several tourist attractions, and the electric tram ride was a lot of fun. However, when the tour ended, there wasn’t enough information about where we were dropped off—it wasn’t the same place where we got on, so we had to take another tram.
