A magical experience thanks to our guide, Francesca! Visiting the Veiled Christ is a unique experience in and of itself, but doing so with Francesca as our guide made the whole thing unforgettable. Francesca doesn’t just recount the history and technical details of Sanmartino’s work—she manages to convey the true spirit and mystery of the Sansevero Chapel. Her explanation was clear, passionate, and full of fascinating anecdotes that hold your attention from start to finish. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your guide, your visit will take on a whole new dimension. Highly recommended!

Well organized, and the tour guide was great. Everything we’d agreed on was followed through. Except that the guide spoke in Italian, and those of us who speak Spanish listened to an audio guide in Spanish—it’s definitely not the same. Everything else was great. The chapel and the sculptures were breathtaking!!!!!! There are no words to describe the wonder and perfection!!!!!!!

The tour of the chapel with the veiled Jesus was truly unique! Highly recommended. Audio guides were handed out at the meeting point in front of the chapel, and the guide explained the chapel’s origins and history in very clear English. We had plenty of time to admire all the beautiful statues, paintings, and the mosaic floor. The app could use some improvement. We couldn’t load the tickets there. However, when I asked via chat, I immediately received an email with the QR codes. These are essential for participating in the tour. Guided tour = Excellent Service = Excellent Attraction = Excellent App = Needs improvement

They were very skilled and knowledgeable, and they gave us detailed and thorough explanations. They were also very helpful and friendly. The only downside was the ban on filming and taking photos, but that’s not their fault.
