It’s very easy to get tickets, and there’s a great selection if you book a little in advance. The timing for receiving the digital tickets and the reminder email with the time and date was excellent. The Napoli Sotterranea guided tour is not wheelchair accessible or stroller-friendly since guests need to descend 136 steps and walk along narrow passages to see the attraction.

The tour is not recommended for pregnant women or those with serious medical conditions like heart problems.
