The organization worked great and our guide Paula explained everything wonderfully. ♥️ Unfortunately, the Vatican Museums were very crowded on this tour. It was basically just shuffling through all the groups and crowds, even though Paula gave it her all, explaining and showing everything. Thanks for that 👍🏻😘 A tip for you: We had booked the Vatican Museums two days prior specifically here with an English-speaking guide. That tour was also nice, but there weren't such crowds. It was the last tour of the evening. Maybe better than in the morning... because of the many visitors. And it would be great if the tour description showed that the Vatican Museums are included in this tour. It would save at least one booking 🤷🏻‍♂️🙈 The subsequent walk through St. Peter's Basilica, after the museums and the Sistine Chapel, was of course unique 🤗👍🏻 All in all, a very nice tour. As I said, the Vatican Museums are included, even if it's not clear from the description... If you can't manage to book weeks in advance via the Vatican website, you should definitely book times and tickets here through Headout. It can be done at short notice and is relatively straightforward. Just queuing up for admission, you'll easily stand there for 1.5 to 2 hours 🤦🏻‍♂️ This also applies to many other tours and sights in Rome.

We did the guided Vatican museums, Sistine Chapel with Saint Peter's Basilica. Our guide was Vincenzo and he was very knowledgeable and informative. We skipped all the long lines and we could tell he knew exactly what to do to get us in and around everyone. The tour did feel a little rushed but I believe that was due to security at the Vatican rather then our tour guide, I know they kept telling us that we could not stop. Everything was very beautiful. Make sure you bring a pen so that you can fill out a postcard at the end and mail it out from the Vatican for your loved ones at home. Definitely recommend a guided tour..

Super positive experience with this guided tour, perfectly organized from every point of view. The meeting point was easy to find and, once all the participants were gathered, we were escorted to the museums. Surely, a large part of the credit for the success of this experience goes to Susanna, our guide, who accompanied us through this 3-hour visit with clear and engaging language, without us ever feeling the time pass. It only remains to add that what we visited and discovered is clearly of absolute beauty. 10/10 highly recommended!

Giuseppe was very enthusiastic in his explanations about the art and historical facts. He was using pictures of art too, which was helpful. Crowds were big but that was to be expected, he navigated us through them well. The only-small minus- was the sound box to be put behind the ear. The sound was not as good as the device that we've had the next day on Colosseum tour (one ear piece to be put in the ear which was definitelly more comfortable and sound was clearer). We would really recommend Giuseppe's tour!

The quality of the tour guides were incredible. High level of professionality and incredible patience with a group that really should have stuck together a little better than we did. While the tour definitely felt rehearsed, doing it only once doesn't make that big of a difference. I would 100% recommend the tour to anyone to do it once.
