The small group and detailed information about the art. The your was 1.5 hours and full of information. The pace was just right. Never felt rushed.

I am pleased. A manager escorted us for quick entry. Everything was clear and easy to understand. I recommend buying a combo ticket for the Uffizi and Pitti Palace (they are located very close to each other) and the Accademia.I recommend using the services of this site.Thank you.

It was very easy to get in with the electronic ticket. The audio guide’s explanations were very thorough and easy to understand.
The palace is very large, and sometimes it’s hard to tell which way to go based on the audio guide’s instructions.
I wasn’t able to enter the royal apartments because, even though admission was free, I had to pick up another ticket, and that hadn’t been made clear beforehand.
Otherwise, everything was perfect.
Highly recommended!

Enjoyed being taken to places with a really great driver. The bus guide was very good especially impressed with 3 languages skill set.
The wine tasting venue was great and very entertaining.
Sienna guided tour was excellent. Great guide.
Would have happily sacrificed Pisa for longer at vineyard as this seemed a little rushed. It was over lunch we gelled as a group and made new friends.
Wasn't so impressed with the amount of walking involved from bus to venue. It didn't help that the temperatures were 35°C.
Overall an excellent tour.

The quick and hassle-free entry and the informative German audio guide made booking through Headout well worth it (not to mention the clear directions to where the tickets were picked up, and the handover and explanation provided by the woman who gave us the tickets!)

I liked how there was not a line to enter the museum. We were able to get in right away. Also, I liked how it was not very crowded inside the museum, and I was able to look at the displays and read the descriptions and do the activities without being rushed. I really enjoyed the interactive activities which were very different from the other museums where you just look at or read the descriptions of the displays.

Our guide, Sara, made the tour really enjoyable and shared a lot of interesting facts with us. They rescheduled our tour the day before because there weren’t enough people, but we managed to make it work in the end; however, if our flight had arrived a little earlier, we wouldn’t have been able to do it.

Viktoria was a
great tour guide at the Uffizi. She explained the Medici family very well and spoke German very well. Overall, I really enjoyed it.
