The museum is very large, spread across two wings opposite the Palazzo Vecchio, but there is a set visitor route and it is relatively easy not to miss anything.

The tour covered the major attractions and tourist areas. The drivers were safe and the attendant was helpful in answering our questions. The buses were never over full and the audio guide was appreciated for information. The tracking app is slow and not very accurate for the schedule
