Visiting the Colosseum and the Roman Forum was a beautiful experience and something everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime. The Colosseum is absolutely stunning and even more impressive in person, but what truly left me speechless was the Roman Forum. Walking through its ruins, you can’t stop imagining how people lived, worked, and gathered there thousands of years ago. It feels like stepping directly into history. An unforgettable experience.

Visiting the Colosseum was one of the highlights of my trip to Rome. Seeing this incredible ancient structure in person was awe-inspiring, and it gave me a deeper appreciation for Roman history and engineering. Walking through a place where gladiators once fought made history feel real, making it an unforgettable experience that I would recommend to every visitor.

Everything went quickly; there were no issues at the entrance tents to the Colosseum or the Roman Forum. Honestly, it was a great experience—the price was fair, and it met my expectations. Thanks, Headout!

Everything worked well, starting with the booking (though I had a little trouble selecting the language for the audio guide when I tried it on my iPhone, but it worked fine on my tablet). The app works great even offline. And it was easy to find the meeting point. And the Colosseum is, well, the Colosseum 😊

Because many of you will have the same experience I did— an unforgettable one. . It’s not the same to look at the Colosseum from the outside as it is to stand inside its immense architecture and let your thoughts wander, I

It was incredible to see all those legendary places in person. It was a wonderful experience that I hope everyone gets to have. As for the photos, I’ll have to sort through them, because we took so many.

We had a wonderful tour of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum despite the heavy rain... Still, the sites are impressive and steeped in history. We got in quickly despite the crowds. This is a place you have to visit at least once!

This is the place where you can get the closest to the ancient world of Rome, truly amazing to see these amazing buildings such as Colloseum. It was a epic experience!
  • The Colosseum

The Colosseum is one of Italy’s most popular destinations, attracting over 5 million visitors every year. Believed to have been constructed as a gift from the ancient emperors to the Roman people, this grand outdoor amphitheater once served as the epicenter for entertainment, hosting various public spectacles and games. A stage for gladiator fights, often including animals, the Colosseum has quite the bloody past. Step back in time, marvel at the impressive architecture and walk the floor of the greatest arena known to mankind.

Your Colosseum ticket also includes entry to the Palatine Hill and Roman Forum. Head to the Roman Forum and travel back in time as you walk along the same paths as the ancient Romans did. You’ll get a chance to witness popular sites including the Temple of Antoninus Pius, Temple of Castor and Pollux, Temple of Saturn, Arch of Septimius Severus and much more. Palatine Hill offers one of the best views of the city. Once considered the most desirable neighborhood in Rome, Palatine Hill lives on as an extensive archaeological site and was the chosen spot for Emperors to build their homes.

    The Caracalla Baths

The Thermae Antonianae, one of the largest and best-preserved examples of an ancient spa complex, was constructed under the auspices of Emperor Caracalla in the southern part of the city. The building was finished in 216 A.D. and exhibits the rectangular plan typical of Imperial spa centers. The spa itself was not simply a place for bathing, sport, and health, it was also a place of study and for relaxing. Around the center of the structure the various parts of the spa are found in sequential order: the "Calidarium", the "Tepidarium", the "Frigidarium" and the "Natatio". There are also other zones and areas to be found around the two gymnasiums. The water system was made possible by the construction of a special duct from the main aqueduct called the Aqua Antoniana. Throughout its history the spa was reconstructed several times and before finally closing altogether in 537 A.D.
