A truly memorable experience. The combo ticket for Pompeii and Herculaneum lets you explore two unique archaeological sites—each with its own distinct atmosphere—in a single day. Herculaneum really impressed me with the state of preservation of the houses, frescoes, mosaics, and interiors: walking through those rooms truly gives you the feeling of stepping into the daily life of the ancient city. The view with Mount Vesuvius in the background makes it all even more evocative. Pompeii is larger and more spectacular, while Herculaneum is more intimate, intense, and surprising in its details. I recommend starting early, bringing water, and taking the time to explore every corner thoroughly. A beautiful, exciting cultural experience that I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Pompeii. Being a far way from home in the beatiful region of Naples it was a must to see the historical cornerstone that is the antique city of Pompeii. The ruins, the recorvered carcasses and the overlooking view of Vesuvio was, to say the least, breathtaking and thought-enducing. I cannot recommend you enough visiting this place of history. Especially with the convenience of e-tickets provided by Headout. Quick, easy, well priced and with clear communication tickets bought with Headout made our experince hassle-free. Personally I will be recommending Headout to my colleagues and family. Ciao 🇮🇹

We booked an admission ticket with an audio guide for the Pompeii ruins. While picking up our tickets on site, we were offered a tour from Pompeii to the Amalfi Coast, and everything went smoothly. In two days, we managed to see the ruins, and the next day we visited Sorrento and Positano. From Positano to Amalfi by boat... what can I say—two days well spent! Thanks for everything

It’s fantastic that such a piece of history has been preserved! You really feel like you’re walking through the old streets. Very impressive! We had a wonderful time! It was easy to book through Headout! Since we went on Republic Day, admission turned out to be free. Headout handled this smoothly. We received an email saying the money would be refunded. Great job, Headout!!!

Both Sites are excellent sights. Well worth the visit and the ease of using this site was excellent. Downside local transport transfers are very expensive especially if the trains are not running. Herculeum very limited transport options unless you want to pay top dollar.

To pick up our admission tickets, we went to the tourist office located to the left of the Amphitheater entrance (the yellow shop). A young woman who spoke French welcomed us warmly, and once we were inside the park, it was pure joy!!!

I liked getting tickets in advance but it was utterly not nesassary as the ticket lines were short at the venue. It gave us a peace of mind for quite an elevated price. With the audio guide we paid $64 for two tickets that really cost $40.00 The guide was useless. The points were not many and the descriptions were super-short. We ended up going back and purchasing audio guides from the venue. More languages and much more interesting and extensive recordings So it is my first time either Headout and might be the last as well...

Pompeii is of course an incredible experience. I definitely think it is worth while using the free audioguide (we didn't) and so I don't think we got the full experience. The only issue we had was finding the office to convert our QR code to tickets as the one closest to the entrance was closed, but we found it without too much difficulty and went on to have a very interesting visit!

At first, it wasn't clear where we could pick up the tickets. The actual ticket pickup went smoothly, but they tried to sell us a guided tour even though we had booked the audio guide. The audio guide was helpful, but it was a bit tricky to figure out at first. Unfortunately, the audio guide didn’t always match the information panels at the sights.
