We really enjoyed our Hop-on Hop off tour of Naples Italy! We got a chance to see most of the important landmarks, without having to deal with chaotic car/scooter/motorcycle drivers there. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We have used these buses ali over Europe and have never been disappointed. We would highly recommend taking these tours!

Very easy to find from cruise port. Very imformative on the headphones. Nice amount of people on bus, we only done the panoramic tour which is a good way to see part of the city. The historic tour is about an hour long as well Thank you

Both tours are interesting, and there is parking available at the main starting and finishing points near the castle. The commentary is helpful but can sometimes be hard to understand.

Everything went well. However, I have to give it a lower rating. We were traveling with a wheelchair user; the staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was space for the wheelchair. Unfortunately, from that spot, the wheelchair user can’t see much of the surroundings because the window is covered with film right there—that’s not really well thought out. Plus, the wheelchair user isn’t seated higher up like everyone else, so they can basically only look out on one side, and there’s the film blocking the view. There’s also a lift to the upper level. Otherwise, the drivers all navigated the traffic chaos in Naples really well.

I found the visit to the Royal Palace to be one of the must-see attractions in Naples, but the visit to the villa is only worth it if you take the opportunity to walk along the waterfront and explore another part of the city, different from the historic center (the villa itself isn't particularly impressive because it's small, some of the rooms are empty, and the carriage section is closed).
