The Lion King - Tickets

I was lucky enough to see the musical *The Lion King* in Madrid, and it was, without a doubt, one of the most impressive experiences of my life. The staging is simply spectacular. The costumes, the masks, and the creativity with which the actors bring the animals of the African savanna to life make the audience feel transported to another world. I would recommend it to everyone without hesitation.

The start was great, and the atmosphere was really good.What I didn’t like was that when I bought the ticket online, I couldn’t get a physical ticket—apparently, you can only get one if you buy it at the theater, and if you live thousands of miles away from Madrid, you can’t risk going to the theater and buying tickets on the same day, so 😐

Spectacular from start to finish. A great musical with superb staging. The actors were no exception, delivering top-notch performances with their incredible voices.

I didn’t think I’d end up getting so moved by a musical, but *The Lion King* in Madrid was truly spectacular. We went while we were visiting from Peru, with my nephews and my sister-in-law, thinking we’d do something nice for the kids… and in the end, I think we adults were just as—if not more—impressed than they were. Right from the start, when the animals appear and the music begins, it gives you goosebumps. There are moments when you truly forget you’re watching actors; everything is so well done that it feels like magic. The set design, the voices, the live music, the details of the costumes… impressive. What I liked most was seeing my nephews’ faces throughout the entire show. The youngest couldn’t take his eyes off the stage, and the older ones were completely captivated. I think that’s what makes this musical so special: it manages to thrill both children and adults alike. I’ve seen several wonderful things in Madrid during this trip, but this was definitely one of the most memorable experiences. If anyone has the chance to go, it’s truly worth it.

Truly spectacular!!!! The costumes were incredible, and the characters were brought to life fantastically—a prime example being the hyenas, Pumbaa, and Rafiti, not to mention Simba and the other characters. Even the supporting characters, like the giraffes, birds, and others... The music was impressive, and the adaptation of the lyrics and songs was outstanding. A production that deserves to be highly recommended for all audiences, sure to be a great aesthetic experience and a delight for the soul.... Photos weren’t allowed, but the images remain etched in our memories. Congratulations!!!!

Seeing the musical *The Lion King* at the Lope de Vega Theater was an experience we’ll never forget. Starting with the venue—a theater that’s over 80 years old, with facilities where every detail has been meticulously cared for—the staff’s hospitality, and the atmosphere there. The show is a marvel: from the performances and the quality of the adaptation to the flawless production values, everything comes together to create a truly enjoyable experience.
