I loved it—it was even better than I expected. The roller coasters were awesome, and there were hardly any lines. The play area was beautiful, and we had a great lunch. I'd definitely come back someday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Zoo Aquarium Madrid! Head Out made the reservation process smooth and easy. We entered with the mobile tickets that were sent to me via email with a bar code. We had zero issues entering and the information provided through the app was accurate and informative. I would use Head Out again to reserve for another family adventure. Highly recommend !

A nice day for adults and children. Very beautiful, enough shade, lots of different animals. The only complaint is the food offer.

Fabulous visit to an amazing zoo park. My two sons 14 and 15 are difficult to please and they really did enjoy they experience. In particular, the reptile and venom section. So well presented. Thanks for the visit. It was amazing and memory will last

The tour guide was very pleasant but only gave his commentary in Spanish. We relied on the earphones which weren't always in sync with the position of the bus.
