I appreciated Almudena’s patience and professionalism. The bus was very clean and comfortable. The driver was careful, and the trip was smooth both ways. The tour instructions were very good and easy to understand. We were able to find our way around and enjoy several places. I didn’t like the first stop (gold crafts) because it took up a lot of time that I would have liked to spend in the city. I didn’t get to go inside the Toledo Cathedral due to lack of time.

Lydia was excellent, she provided excellent information about Toledo and Segovia, as well as kept us informed of all upcoming sites and timelines so we were completely aware and informed of the day's activities. She was friendly, courteous and professional. Highly recommend this trip as a great way to see Toledo and Segovia.

Antonio was a great guide, and managed several languages all at once. The winery was amazingly beautiful and we had such a warm welcome. We were in safe hands with Marina driving ! A really good day.

A lovely bus ride from Madrid to Toledo. Once we arrived, we were in for a surprise!! First, we visited a workshop that makes cutlery and swords, but our guide wasn't up to par. Other than that, I was glad we went to Toledo.
