The main entrance is located at Calle Doctor Cortezo 8, just south of Puerta del Sol and a short walk from Tirso de Molina Metro station. The entrance is step-free and suitable for wheelchairs and strollers, though please note that a few interior exhibits (such as the Tilted Room and Vortex Tunnel) are not fully accessible due to steep angles. Staff are available to assist with entry and provide directions to accessible areas.
