I had a ticket for 10:15 a.m. They opened at 10:00 a.m. It was a perfect, amazing visit—I stayed for 2.5 hours. I left, took a taxi for 10 euros to the Prado Museum, arrived, and found it spectacular—the museum is magnificent. I was very satisfied with their services!

Easy entry and a very smooth experience overall. We especially appreciated being able to download the audio guide before entering the palace grounds, which made everything seamless even without arranging it in advance. The guide itself was interesting and easy to follow. One suggestion would be to include more background on the history and significance of the Royal Palace as a whole, rather than focusing mostly on each individual room. We also noticed that the Throne Room was closed to visitors during our visit, but the audio guide did not mention this, which was a bit confusing. Overall, though, it was an enjoyable and worthwhile experience.

We booked the self-guided Santiago Bernabéu tour through Headout, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. The experience was amazing. We explored the museum, admired the incredible trophy collection, visited the players’ dressing room, and enjoyed breathtaking views from the iconic stadium stands while taking countless photos. The Royal Palace of Madrid is truly extraordinary. The part open to the public is a sight to behold. In addition to the Palace, you can also visit the Royal Armory, where you can see a collection of countless suits of armor belonging to the various kings who have lived there. The admission fee was well worth it. After the tour, there’s also a section of the gardens you can explore, which I highly recommend. As for the Almudena Cathedral, which is right across the street, I only saw it from the outside—I just don’t understand why you’d pay €8 to enter a Christian church. But some people do pay.
