I had a ticket for 10:15 a.m. They opened at 10:00 a.m. It was a perfect, amazing visit—I stayed for 2.5 hours. I left, took a taxi for 10 euros to the Prado Museum, arrived, and found it spectacular—the museum is magnificent. I was very satisfied with their services!

The Royal Palace of Madrid is truly extraordinary. The part open to the public is a sight to behold. In addition to the Palace, you can also visit the Royal Armory, where you can see a collection of countless suits of armor belonging to the various kings who have lived there. The admission fee was well worth it. After the tour, there’s also a section of the gardens you can explore, which I highly recommend. As for the Almudena Cathedral, which is right across the street, I only saw it from the outside—I just don’t understand why you’d pay €8 to enter a Christian church. But some people do pay.

We visited the Royal Palace on Monday, and despite the large number of visitors, we got in quickly—even with the thorough security checks. The audio guide—which I highly recommend—was extremely helpful, providing concise explanations of the many beautiful rooms we visited. The Royal Palace was a wonderful discovery; it’s definitely worth a visit for anyone traveling to Madrid.

It was very easy, but one question came up that made me waste some time when I arrived. My ticket listed a guided tour, which wasn't available because it hadn't been paid for. Since I had made several reservations, I wasn't sure what to do. I called customer service and received excellent assistance.
