First of all, when I showed up at the bookstore I could not access my ticket. So I have to shout out to the chat that they were able to send me a PDF of my tickets so I was able to enter since my internet was not working. The bookstore is a dream, staff was patient and friendly, and when I left I felt like I was in a daze. I highly recommend if you are a bibliophile!

Amazing building interior with thousands of wonderful books. Great staff, all extremely polite and helpful, and speaking good English. Excellent ticketing system with entry controls highly organised.

It's a wonderful bookstore, and you have plenty of time to browse and choose a book. Note that the foundation isn't in the same place as the bookstore, so there's no point in visiting both. And the "free book" isn't entirely true—it's just a 15-euro coupon. So you'll have to pay extra.

We got priority tickets but later found out the Lello Foundation Museum was not in the same area and no address was provided. At the Livraria Lello they told us to refer to the booking which did not list the address. It is a very nice bookstore but overrated for the price.

Overall the location inside was very beautiful, but packed to the brim with people. It was difficult to even move about the store. Even with the "skip the line" ticket you had to wait in a line with your time slot, and the lines got pretty long so show up a good thirty minutes before you're scheduled.
