Our guide was excellent, not only was she knowledgeable and engaging but she supported me by leaving my name at the front desk when the trams were cancelled. This left me running late but they were amazing and eased my pathway through to catch up with the main group

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Archaeological Museum in Naples, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Vincenzo. He was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging throughout the entire tour. Discover one of the world’s greatest archaeology museums in Naples, in a small group tour, with the assistance of an expert guide. To the untrained eye, it is difficult to interpret the vast collection present at the National Archeological Museum of Naples.

Learn about the art and culture of the ancient world as your archaeologist guide takes you through Greek and Roman sculptures, frescoes, mosaics, and artifacts. Your guide will also provide insights into the treasures uncovered at Herculaneum and Pompeii; the Farnese Collection; and the Gabinetto Segreto.

Enter the museum and be enchanted by the grandeur of the marble and statues in the Farnese collection. Wander the galleries and admire the legendary statues of Hercules, and the majestic group called ‘Farnese Bull.’ Marvel at the mosaic of Alexander the Great as you walk through the rooms and corridors of the museum. See silvers from the House of Menandro in Pompeii and a number of Roman frescoes excavated from the Vesuvian area.
