Pompeii was everything I imagined and more! I really appreciated the history and the work it took to preserve and excavate the antiquities on display. The mobile ticket purchase was the way to go and I am glad I did it. This manner of ticketing expedited our way inti the park. However, when you purchase tickets on line, download an app and click on a button that says see tickets, when the tickets pop up with a bar code, that should be your ticket. No! We tried to gain entry to the park and were told those were only vouchers. We had to go get printed tickets at the store where the tickets were sold. We walked 15 minutes from out drop off point (1.8km) and had to wait until we got our printed tickets! Then we discovered our audio files downloaded on our phone wouldn't work because of the poor signal. All that said, buy on line, get deopped off at the store where tickets are printed and hire a guide.

Great exciting day with lovely stops for the limoncello factory and later on lunch with a fantastic view. Pompeii was anything short of spectacular! Our guide at Pompeii was fabulous and entertaining explaining all the ruins in detail. Smooth ride to and from. Only comment is the limoncello factory was waaaay overpriced for the items offered.

La puntualidad, rapidez y la amabilidad de todo el equipo en cada zona que estuvimos, entramos súper rápido sin esperas, una vez llegábamos te daban las entradas y el tiempo que tenías para ello (que era suficiente) recomiendo mucho el tour completo de las 3 zonas, me parece que es una buena inversión para conocer parte importante de Nápoles, te dan tiempo suficiente para ver absolutamente todo y hasta para comprar souvenirs, los transportes bien equipados y en buen estado, recomendable desde Madrid!!🇪🇸

Great tour. Everything was seamless moving around and we had a good amount of time at Vesuvius and Pompei. Only negative (and a word of warning for cruisers), we got back an hour later than scheduled. A few more minutes and we'd have missed our ship. Otherwise highly recommended.

I have enough time to visit Mount Vesuvius & Herculaneum. Each activities have around 2 to 3 hours to visit, it completes at 3 p.m. something. No lunch breaks, so better to bring your own food or snacks. No need to worry about transportation when you travel. I do not join to visit Pompeii in the day trip, so the driver picks up us after visiting the Herculaneum and we go back to the city of Naples. It is better to advise us before visit so that I know that I will be travelled by another car.
