Museums in Naples

La visita al Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli è stata particolarmente interessante e istruttiva. Abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di conoscere meglio la ricca storia, l’arte e la cultura di Napoli e di ammirare numerosi reperti di grande valore. Ci è piaciuto soprattutto il fatto che la visita ci abbia permesso di imparare qualcosa di nuovo in modo piacevole e coinvolgente, comprendendo meglio l’importanza storica e culturale di questa città. È stata un’esperienza davvero suggestiva e arricchente, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Napoli ancora più speciale.

The MANN has so many interesting items in their collections especially those related to Pompeii and Herculaneum. The objects were very easy to view with placards in both Italian and English explaining the history behind the item. The size of some of the statuary was immense and makes you wonder how they were sculpted. Imagine the delight of the archeologists discovering piece after piece of ancient history.

Nach 42 Jahren wieder in Pompeji. Vieles hat sich getan. Die Ruinen wurden und werden weiter restauriert. Am sehr heissen Sommertag haben wir uns auf dem Rooftop-Restaurant entspannen können.

Un moment fort en émotion. Un site immense, un personel aimable. Un petit peu moin de sympathie dans le personnel du restaurant qui fasse au nombre de clients parle vite froidement au client sans décrocher de sourire.

Les deux tours sont intéressants, possibilité de stationnement au niveau du départ et arrivée principal près du chateau. Les commentaires sont utiles mais parfois difficiles à comprendre.

I was looking for a combo ticket to visit Pompeii and Vesuvius in one day, and this option was perfect. The whole process from booking to finding the locations was very easy and straightforward. I had a really enjoyable day.
