What to bring

All drivers must bring a valid driver license, as it is required to operate an ATV.

Dress warmly and wear good outdoor shoes suitable for rugged terrain and changing weather conditions.

Bring outdoor clothes appropriate for the weather, as the experience takes place in an exposed natural environment.

What's not allowed

Food and drinks are not included and should not be brought on the ATVs.

Shoes are not provided, so you must bring your own appropriate footwear.

Accessibility

The experience involves offroading and traversing uneven volcanic terrain, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Additional information

All drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver license.

Passengers (non-drivers) must be at least 8 years old to participate.

Single rider means one person per ATV, while shared rider means two people per ATV; a minimum of two participants is required to book a shared ATV.

If booking for an odd number of participants, one person must book as a single rider.

Pickup from Reykjavík hotels is optional and occurs 30 minutes prior to departure.

If you are self-driving to the basecamp, you must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

Trails and routes are subject to weather and trail conditions and may change accordingly.
