Small-Group Douro Valley Guided Tour with 1-Hour Pinhão Cruise, Traditional Lunch & Wine Tastings

Loved our tour of the Douro Valley - Luis did a great job as our guide. He was really informative and fun, he wanted to make sure that we were comfortable on a very hot day. I feel like I learned a lot about the region and winemaking and the process to make port. The winery was amazing - loved our lunch and touring around this gorgeous region! Tasted some great wine and port. Very fun group.

Our tour guide Alexandra is very nice, friendly and professional. The trip is well planned and the view at Douro Valley is stunning. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time on this Douro Valley tour. The wine tastings were informative and featured some fantastic wines. The lunch was simply outstanding.

We were very pleased with everything from pick- up at our hotel until we returned many hours later. The company was accommodating with our hotel location which didn't appear on their website as a regular location. We joined two other small groups in the van for a total of eight people. The driver/guide was wonderful. He explained the areas and answered our questions along the way. Some things not in the website: the ride along the river was not just our group, we were joined by others; the stops at the vineyards were with other people. None were problematic, however this would have been nice to know in advance. The boat ride was smooth, very enjoyable, and provided views of the stunning terraced vineyards along the valley. At the vineyard tours we were met with another group of eight from the same tour company. The tastings were lovely and informative and the food was delicious. The location of our lunch provided stunning views of the valley. We highly recommend this company and this tour.

Paulo coutinho was the most fantastic person you could ever meet. His knowledge and passion for his country are amazing. The tour from start to finish was incredible and we learned alot about wine production. Their is nothing not to like about the tour but the two highlights was the river cruise and the lunch at the end with breathtaking views

We loved Pedro – he was a considerate and thoughtful guide always concerned for our comfort. He shared so many interesting facts. Told us great stories about the region , the history of the people and the wine industry . We also had a lot of fun with him great jokes and a lot of fun. Bruno and the other gentleman on the boat your were wonderful. It was fun to visit the wineries and the meal was fantastic all around a great day.
