First, the manager greeted us at the start and provided all the essential information we needed for our tour of St. Peter’s Basilica. The security check was very thorough—which was a relief, since we’d had such a terrible experience at other sites in Rome! Honestly, we were really impressed by the quality of Head Out’s service. We travel to Europe often, and you’ve been the best experience we’ve had in 12 years!

The directions on WhatsApp were excellent. We were easily able to find the entry point for our skip-the-line tickets. The Basilica was amazing. We were never offered our audio guide sets, but were prepared with our free audio guide by Rick Steves. This made our experience seemless and very memorable.

We were glad we had reserved a ticket for St. Peter’s. That allowed us to avoid the very long lines to some extent. It still took 45 minutes to get into the basilica. The Basilica is amazing, and the multilingual digital audio guide is excellent—it provides a clear and well-organized route through the basilica along with outstanding commentary. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We highly recommend booking online.

I had to book this ticket the day before the event. The fact that I was able to see St Peter's Basilica on my 3rd attempt was special. The tour checking process was pretty straightforward and simple. The audioguide was pretty simple and easy to follow. This was super helpful in planning our visit. Since we went through the audioguide beforehand, it was possible to concentrate while visiting the shrine.

Good morning, booking the priority access to St. Peter's Basilica was definitely a great decision. That, combined with arriving first thing in the morning, allowed us to enter without waiting in any lines. The process and directions were very straightforward as well. Highly recommended!

When we arrived at the Basilica, the line was huge, but thanks to our reservation, we were able to go right in. I made the reservation the day before. Thank you.

Booked St Peter's Basilica through them, easy to use website, great communication and did exactly what they said. Would recommend
