Into The Woods pays homage to the famous composer Stephen Sondheim, who received numerous honours for his efforts to the theatre and music throughout his professional career. The Grimm Brothers' "Rapunzel" was originally about a childless baker and his wife trying to conceive a family. This story follows them as they run into a witch who has cursed them as well as other imaginary characters they meet along the road.
